Website maintenance and support services.
A website needs more than a good launch — it needs ongoing maintenance and support. This section covers our maintenance plans, our project onboarding process, and answers to common questions.
The same team before and after launch
A lot of agencies hand a finished site off to a separate support team, or to no one at all. The team that built your site is the same team available for maintenance and questions afterward — no re-explaining context to someone new.
Onboarding that sets a project up to succeed
Projects go sideways when key information surfaces midway through instead of at kickoff. Our onboarding questionnaires for website, SEO, and print design work front-load the questions that actually shape scope, so there are fewer surprises later.
Straight answers, not a sales funnel
Our FAQs page and this support section exist to answer real questions plainly — pricing ranges, timelines, what's included — without requiring a discovery call just to get basic information.
What people ask about support.
What counts as support versus a new project?
Routine updates, content changes, bug fixes, and monitoring fall under maintenance and support. New pages, new functionality, or a visual redesign are scoped as their own project — we'll always tell you honestly which one something is before doing the work.
Do I need a support plan if my site rarely changes?
At minimum, we recommend basic monitoring and security updates even for a mostly static site — software dependencies age whether or not content changes, and an unmaintained site becomes a security liability over time regardless of how often it's edited.
